Watched my not so little 11 year old niece for a few days while her parents were away. We made a plan for a Friday night date night aka bribery for some good behavior. The number one place she wanted was Salt & Straw, which is a crazy tourist spot, but for a good reason. ITS GOOD. Worth the line they typically have. This time we lucked out and had no line and tried all the flavors. I got the Petunia’s Peach Crumble Bars and Kylie went with the classic Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons. We ended the night with walking around NW 23rd street and some good ole people watching. (teaching her young)
