Small Backstory: Becoming friends with Kimberly has been such a blessing. When I moved to Washington I knew no one. Her friendship was exactly what I needed. She is so thoughtful, has the sweetest most encouraging energy, the life of the party, and an effortless confidence about her. Kim has become more like family and I love our late night gym talks more than anything. One year ago at church she met Dylan. He was the new guy and they caught each other’s eyes pretty quickly (even with her wearing a denim jacket, Dylan’s least favorite thing on girls lol). From friends to dates, to “i love you”, to engaged at Hug Point; us girls would chat about it endlessly and were so giddy for Kimberly to have found her match in Dylan.

I have loved watching my close friends fall in love so much. I watch them gain this peace that comes with feeling fully accepted by someone. I also love getting to capture that for my friends with photographs. Kim had her wedding photographer planned since birth haha but I asked if we could take some bridals at the beach and she agreed. With crazy Oregon Coast weather we were only able to shoot for a few minutes. The results are still stunning with a full down pour happening all around us! Love this couple so much.
